We’re seeking a detail-oriented WordPress Developer to join our Development Department.

Our Development Department partners with strategy, design, and front-end teams to bring engaging, content-driven digital experiences to life. This role is focused on building, customizing, and maintaining WordPress-based websites that are performant, accessible, and easy to manage.

This position is well-suited for someone who enjoys CMS-driven development, custom theming, and working closely with designers and content teams.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites
  • Build custom WordPress themes and plugins to meet project requirements
  • Implement designs with attention to responsiveness, accessibility, and performance
  • Integrate WordPress with third-party services, APIs, and marketing tools
  • Maintain and optimize WordPress databases and site performance
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve site issues across environments
  • Collaborate with designers, front-end developers, and project managers
  • Provide project updates and technical guidance to internal teams
  • Stay current with WordPress core updates, plugin ecosystems, and security best practices

Primary Qualifications:

  • Strong experience developing with WordPress
  • Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
