SUMMARY: We're looking for a talented WordPress Developer & Digital Marketing Specialist to help build, maintain, and grow our online presence. This role combines front-end and back-end WordPress development with digital advertising strategy and execution. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable building custom WordPress functionality and optimizing digital marketing campaigns that generate measurable results.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • WordPress Development
    • Develop and maintain custom WordPress websites
    • Build responsive, user-friendly pages and landing pages
    • Customize themes and plugins
    • Troubleshoot website issues and optimize performance
    • Integrate third-party tools, CRMs, and APIs
    • Maintain website security, backups, and updates
    • Improve SEO, Core Web Vitals, and page speed
    • Configure forms, tracking, and conversion events
  • Digital Marketing
    • Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns
    • Build display and remarketing campaigns
    • Implement and manage Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, GA4, and other tracking tools
    • Configure conversion tracking and attribution
    • Develop audience targeting and geofencing campaigns
    • Manage PPC budgets and optimize ROI
    • Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis
    • Produce monthly reports with actionable insights

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of WordPress development experience
  • WordPress theme and plugin development
  • WooCommerce experience is a plus
  • Google Ads certification preferred
