About the WordPress Web Developer Position

We are looking for an experienced WordPress Developer who will help us to implement amazing front‑end user experiences. Your duties will include translating design specifications into actionable, iterative website updates to improve quality, esthetic, and usability. We expect you to have an eye for clean and artful web design. You should also have superior user interface design skills.

WordPress Web Developer Responsibilities
  • Interact with the team to share and discuss design and functionality ideas
  • Interpret wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
  • Comfortable with delineating annotated user interface changes to meet client needs & expectations
  • Discuss project milestones and key deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
  • Set design guidelines, best practices and standards
  • Ability to participate in all visual design stages from concept to final hand‑off to engineering
  • Experience in developing original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex roadblocks
Web Developer Requirements
  • 2+ years' experience of working on a WordPress Web Developer position, with a solid portfolio or fulfilled works
  • Significant experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
  • Excellent knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, and JavaScript
  • Good working experience with Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire‑framing tools
