The Role
Wpromote is targeting a forward-thinking Head of Web Design and Development to lead and scale our website, CRO, and technical account management capabilities. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, performance, and customer experience, overseeing the team responsible for designing, building, optimizing, and maintaining high-performing digital experiences for our clients.
Reporting to the SVP, Earned & Owned Media, this leader will manage a team of digital design and development professionals and oversee nearshore development partners. We're looking for a systems-minded builder - someone with deep roots in development, architecture, and web operations - who can elevate our technical standards, drive scalable processes, and connect digital experience work directly to performance outcomes. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on improving systems, strengthening engineering rigor, and raising the bar on how digital experiences contribute to measurable growth.

The anticipated annual salary for this role will range from $170,000 - $200,000, based on consideration of a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, education and certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, geographic location, and respective state's salary threshold for exempt employees. The total compensation package for this role will include benefits (listed above) and an annual performance bonus.
This role has an associated annual target bonus component which is paid out based on a number of factors which include Company performance, department performance, and individual performance. Bonuses are not guaranteed and you must be an active employee in good standing and not on a Performance Improvement Plan to be eligible for the annual bonus.
*This position may be performed remotely in most states within the US, with some exclusions
