  • Collaborate with digital marketing partners and designers to translate designs and campaigns into high‑quality implementations that meet goals and project deadlines.
  • Participate in marketing‑related planning and working sessions to support digital initiatives and ensure alignment.
  • Ensure application performance, security, reliability, and scalability, including plugin management, updates, optimization, and coordination with hosting and infrastructure teams.
  • Write clean, well‑documented, and testable code.
  • Participate in code and accessibility reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects.
  • Integrate WordPress and frontend components with internal and third-party APIs, forms, and marketing or analytics platforms.

  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across engineering, product, and marketing.
  • Completes annual compliance courses.
  • Adheres specifically to all corporate policies and procedures. Also adheres to Federal and State regulations and laws; including, the Bank Secrecy Act and the Anti-Money Laundering Act.
