The ideal candidate should be dependable, flexible, and comfortable supporting a growing family-owned company where processes, campaigns, and priorities continue to evolve.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the marketing content calendar across social media, email, SMS, website, blog, and campaign channels.
  • Design professional and engaging content for social media, email campaigns, website updates, promotions, events, digital ads, reels, stories, and internal marketing needs.
  • Appear in photo and video content as needed to help represent Prestige Car Wash as a face of the brand.
  • Monitor social media platforms for customer engagement opportunities, trends, brand mentions, and relevant content ideas.
  • Support campaign planning, brainstorming, and execution for promotions, seasonal initiatives, grand openings, special events, and company announcements.
  • Write blog and website content to support SEO, customer education, promotions, and brand storytelling.
  • Build and support email marketing campaigns using CRM platforms such as Rinsed, Klaviyo, or similar systems.
  • Use basic HTML to support email formatting, layout adjustments, and campaign execution.
  • Support SMS marketing campaigns including copywriting, setup, testing, and execution.
  • Create and update landing pages and website content using WordPress.
  • Assist with visual website updates to ensure pages remain polished, accurate, user-friendly, and on-brand.
  • Leverage AI tools to support content creation, copy development, brainstorming, workflow improvement, campaign planning, and creative execution.
  • Manage multiple projects at once while maintaining strong communication, attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong understanding of AI-powered marketing tools and prompt engineering, with the ability to leverage AI to support content creation, campaign development, brand storytelling, workflow efficiency, creative ideation, social media strategy, visual asset generation, and overall marketing execution.
  • Prior experience in digital marketing, social media, content creation, or a related marketing role.
  • Strong writing skills for social captions, emails, blogs, SMS marketing, landing pages, and promotional copy.
  • Experience creating social media content for business or brand accounts.
  • Comfortable appearing in photos and videos for marketing and brand content.
  • Experience building and executing email marketing campaigns.
  • Basic HTML knowledge for email marketing support.
  • Experience with WordPress or similar website platforms.
  • Strong design instincts including layout, readability, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency.
  • Experience creating marketing assets using Canva or similar design platforms.
  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and major social media platforms.
  • Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working through ambiguity.
  • Ability to take ownership of responsibilities, work independently when appropriate, and communicate effectively throughout projects and assignments.
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems and processes as the marketing department grows.
