Job Summary:
Cyberhill Partners is a professional services firm specializing in engineering future-state software solutions for Fortune 500 companies. The WordPress Developer will lead the design, development, maintenance, and optimization of Cyberhill's WordPress websites, combining UX thinking, visual design, and technical implementation to enhance the company's digital presence.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain responsive WordPress websites and landing pages
• Build custom WordPress themes and modify existing themes as needed
• Develop custom functionality using PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and WordPress APIs
• Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive web experiences
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to improve user experience and conversion rates
• Optimize websites for speed, SEO, accessibility, and Core Web Vitals
• Integrate third-party tools, APIs, CRM platforms, forms, and marketing automation systems
• Troubleshoot website issues and perform ongoing maintenance, updates, and security enhancements
