Job description

Pay Rate: Starting pay will be determined by the candidate's relevant experience and demonstrated woodworking/manufacturing skills.


What You'll Do

  • Assemble wood components according to specifications, blueprints, and work orders.
  • Operate woodworking equipment including:
    • Table saws
    • Routers
    • CNC routers
    • Hand and power tools
  • Measure, cut, drill, fit, and assemble materials with precision.
  • Inspect completed products to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Complete production paperwork accurately.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Work with supervisors and team members to meet production schedules.
  • Follow all workplace safety policies and procedures.


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in woodworking, cabinetry, or a manufacturing environment.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and assembly experience.
  • Ability to read blueprints, work orders, and assembly instructions.
  • Familiarity with woodworking machinery and shop tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

  • Stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Frequently bend, stoop, reach, and lift materials.

  • Possess adequate vision, hearing, depth perception, and color recognition to safely perform job duties.
