Job description

Starting Salary: $16.50 Hourly (Scheduled increases at 3, 6, 9, 12 months!!!)

Employment Type: Hourly Full Time

Work Environment: M-F 5:00 am- 1:30 pm (OT 5:00 am to 3:30 pm)

Job Summary:  

This position is to safely manufacture high-quality products to specifications while meeting or exceeding productivity targets. Team members may have different roles or positions, such as: building, door pull, glass pull, and palletizing. Team members work together to ensure in the millwork facility that the product ordered by the store or customer meets their specifications, has no damage, and gets to the store by the due date.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Some of the tasks performed by team members involve operating machinery, power tools, or power equipment. A team member may be assigned to receive and put away stock using power equipment, assemble products using machinery or power tools, or load outbound trucks using power equipment. The activities performed by Team Members are instrumental in a facility achieving or exceeding key performance indicator metrics. 

Job Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age
High School diploma or GED required
Team Lifting (required to be able to lift 75 pounds)Ability to work independently while supporting quality, productivity, and team success.
 

Physical Demands:

We work to keep it comfortable. (But we can’t control the weather.) We conduct lively morning stretches. You will be standing, walking, and driving in a warehouse setting daily. You will bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch. You'll lift and carry. We, you, everyone models civil and safe behavior. Working safely is essential!  Required personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn as designated.

Travel: 
This position does not require travel to other Woodgrain locations.
