What are some common safety challenges faced by individuals working in wood stacking roles, and how can they be addressed?

Individuals in wood stacking roles often encounter safety challenges such as lifting heavy loads, working with uneven or slippery surfaces, and exposure to sharp edges or splinters. To address these risks, it's important to use proper lifting techniques, wear protective gloves and footwear, and maintain a clean, organized stacking area to prevent trips and falls. Many employers also provide safety training and encourage teamwork to ensure larger loads are handled safely. Staying alert and following established safety protocols greatly reduces the risk of injury in this physically demanding job.
