Job Description Now Hiring!. Northern Staffing Services and Temprel Inc of Boyne City are searching for a skilled CNC Machine Operator with previous CNC machining experience. This is a full time, 10 hour/day, Monday - Thursday position.

Job Description: The ideal candidate will have experience operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to perform tasks such as drilling, milling, turning, and cutting various materials including metals, plastics, and wood. The CNC Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up machines, loading materials, adjusting machine settings, monitoring operations, and ensuring that products meet quality standards and specifications.

Responsibilities: Set up CNC machines according to job specifications and blueprints. Load materials into machines and secure them properly. Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning.

Make adjustments to machine settings as needed to maintain product quality and accuracy. Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure they operate efficiently. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.

Troubleshoot issues that arise during the production process. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience operating CNC machines preferred. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Basic math skills and understanding of measurements. Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. Excellent problem-solving skills. ISO Compliance: This role involves adhering to ISO standards to ensure quality and consistency in production processes.
