Job description

Job title – Superintendent – Wood Frame Construction

Location – Columbus, Ohio ( Relocation $ Available )

Base Salary – $110,000 – $125,000

Industry: Construction & Trades

Job Category: General Management

Experience Required

*** Experience with Large Stick Framed Housing ***

Location: Columbus but also willing to travel as needed.

Coordination drawing review

Bluebeam experience required

coordinating materials with field and design requirements

Work with project team to deliver a quality project on time and on budget.

Experience with material lead time tracking required.

Must provide project list with experience in the background.

Compensation: $110K-$125, dependent on experience and open for discussion.

Relocation assistance available.
