What You'll Do As a Wood Shop Laborer and Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in the cutting, stacking, and bundling of various types of wood used in moulding production.
  • Feeding wood of different lengths into rip saws, inspecting materials for defects, and making minor adjustments to ensure quality output. (Training provided)
  • Removing finished boards from machines and organizing them for shipment and delivery.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
  • Operating company vehicles to deliver wood products to customers as needed, following all safety and traffic regulations.

What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:

  • Basic skills in reading a tape measure and using calipers or similar measuring tools.
  • The physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout your shift.
  • Strong teamwork abilities, a positive attitude, and a dependable work ethic.
