OverviewResponsible for developing, implementing and managing The Women's Heart Support Network in coordination with the Women's Heart Physician Team. Serves as point of contact for women with heart disease, inclusive of identifying and engaging women in the Piedmont Healthcare System as well as in the community. Promotes quality and engagement across the continuum of care to ensure high patient satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for developing, implementing and managing The Women's Heart Support Network in coordination with the Women's Heart Physician Team.
