• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health needs, identifying the challenges and aspirations unique to each individual.
• Develop clear, individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices tailored to assist clients in their personal growth journeys.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to foster change.
• Collaborate with a team of professionals, including educators, psychiatrists, and case managers, to provide coordinated care that addresses all aspects of a client’s life.
• Offer psychoeducation and support to families, enhancing their understanding of mental health and encouraging their active involvement in their loved ones' recovery.
• Maintain detailed and confidential records in alignment with ethical standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with all guidelines.

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse group of clients, including women and youth facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Your work will be pivotal in helping students in educational settings navigate their social and academic challenges while promoting their emotional well-being.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is required; a Master's or Doctorate degree is preferred for advanced therapeutic practices.
• Proven experience (a minimum of 2 years) in the mental health field, particularly in counseling or therapy.
• A strong foundation in evidence-based therapeutic approaches for a variety of mental health disorders.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients, fostering a motivating and supportive therapeutic environment.

• Experience working with youth and educational systems is highly desirable, particularly within school-based settings.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and digital communication tools.
• Participation in specialized training related to mental health, trauma-informed care, or cultural competency.
