POSITION: Material Handling Equipment (MHE) / E-Commerce Replenishment Picker

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour (based on experience)
Shift: 2:00 PM Start Time


Training Schedule: Initial training may require an earlier start time of 10:00 AM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced MHE / E-Commerce Replenishment Picker to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating material handling equipment, including sit-down forklifts and stand-up reach trucks, along with experience in inventory management, replenishment, and warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform e-commerce replenishment activities to support daily warehouse operations
  • Operate sit-down forklifts and stand-up reach forklifts safely and efficiently (required)
  • Pick orders using handheld scanners and warehouse technology
  • Perform put-away tasks using MHE equipment and handheld scanners
  • Assist with general warehouse labor as needed, including supporting inbound put-away operations
  • Maintain accurate inventory counts and follow inventory control procedures
  • Utilize WMS (Warehouse Management System) software for inventory tracking and warehouse activities
  • Assist with loading outbound LTL and FTL carriers
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment
  • Communicate effectively through email and with team members regarding daily operations

Requirements:

  • Previous warehouse experience operating MHE equipment required
  • Sit-down forklift certification/experience required
  • Stand-up reach forklift certification/experience required
  • Experience with e-commerce replenishment and order picking
  • Knowledge of inventory processes and warehouse operations
  • Experience using handheld scanners for picking and put-away
  • Familiarity with WMS software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions
  • Must be Bilingual: English & Spanish

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform warehouse duties throughout the shift
  • Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and handle materials as required
