Job description

We are seeking an experienced MHE Operator with strong warehouse, inventory, and order fulfillment experience. Applicants must have hands-on experience operating both sit-down forklifts and stand-up reach trucks.


Pay Rate: $20–$21 per hour, based on experience


Schedule: Monday - Friday (1st and 2nd shift available)


Responsibilities:

  • Operate sit-down forklifts and stand-up reach trucks safely and efficiently
  • Complete e-commerce replenishment and inventory-related tasks
  • Pick orders accurately using a handheld RF scanner
  • Put away inbound products using MHE and handheld scanners
  • Assist with inbound put-away and general warehouse labor as needed
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS software
  • Load outbound LTL and FTL carrier shipments
  • Communicate professionally and effectively through email
  • Follow warehouse safety procedures and productivity standards

Required Qualifications:

  • Sit-down forklift experience is required
  • Stand-up reach truck experience is required
  • Previous inventory control or inventory management experience
  • Experience picking orders using a handheld RF scanner
  • Knowledge of WMS software
  • Experience with inbound put-away processes
  • Knowledge of loading outbound LTL and FTL carriers
  • Comfortable assisting with general warehouse labor when required
  • Strong written communication and email skills
  • Must be available to begin training at 10:00 AM before transitioning to the regular 2:00 PM start time


Important: Applicants must have experience operating both sit-down forklifts and stand-up reach trucks to be considered.
