Description
Summary of the Position:
The receiving clerk is responsible for receiving inbound product, recording and controlling all receiving documents.
Functions Of the Position:
  • Responsible for all receiving documentation and inbound load integrity including, but not limited to, documenting seals and following organic product receiving and storage procedures.
  • Ensures all employees are using proper documents.
  • Handles inbound appointments and makes follow-up calls as necessary including, transportation, vendors, purchasing and other internal customers.
  • Works closely with Inventory Control to ensure all receipts are correct and makes necessary adjustments.
  • Works on other projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Two years of warehouse operations experience.
  • Material handling equipment certification.
  • Good math skills required
  • Able to read, write, and speak English
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and prior Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience.
  • Able to lift and carry 50 pounds.

Requirements
Pay will be $20.00 during the 90 days as a temp as we will be monitoring your performance and attendance. The reason we do this is because we go by a point system, once hired pay would be $21.00
Hours would be 10am to 7:30pm, currently but on busy season it could be 10am to 10pm.
Also, they will need train from 6am to 4:30pm for about a month.
