Job description

Warehouse Worker - Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily inbound shipments by unloading UPS deliveries, safely stacking packages, and moving them to designated sorting areas.
  • Sort incoming materials using handheld scanners and the Warehouse Management System (WMS), ensuring inventory is restocked or routed to kitting areas as required.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders using WMS tools, ensuring accuracy, proper labeling, and on-time shipment.
  • Assemble kits by combining components and materials according to work instructions and operational requirements.
  • Stock newly received inventory in designated warehouse locations while maintaining accurate documentation and labeling.
  • Replenish pick locations with reserve inventory to support daily order fulfillment activities.
  • Perform daily cycle counts and inventory audits using handheld devices, reporting any discrepancies promptly.
  • Complete basic administrative tasks, including data entry, inventory record updates, and communication through email or internal systems.
  • Support warehouse improvement projects such as inventory relocations, warehouse reorganizations, and location updates within WMS.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to housekeeping and safety standards.
  • Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned to support operational efficiency and team goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for accurate inventory handling and order fulfillment.
  • Ability to operate handheld Android devices, barcode scanners, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment.
  • Knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse processes.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including use of web browsers and email applications.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout an 8-hour shift.
  • Capability to safely lift and move items weighing up to 70 lbs.
  • Strong adaptability and ability to manage changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, or inventory management.
  • Familiarity with kitting, replenishment, and inventory restocking processes.
  • Experience using warehouse technology, including WMS platforms, handheld scanners, and PC-based applications.

Pay and Benefits
