In this role, your main responsibilities are:

Our Consultant role mixes consulting and software implementations to create world-class distribution operations.

Working with principals, directors and project managers you will actively participate in:

    • Analyzing and documenting business processes.
    • Providing technical advice, configuring or implementing solutions in the NetSuite ERP application, and ensuring the quality of deliverables.
    • Maintaining proactive communication with stakeholders, managing their expectations and ensure their satisfaction throughout the project.
    • Creating customizations that enhance applications, interfaces and reports.
    • Building custom reports and KPIs.
    • Attending client-facing project meetings.
    • Creating and updating training manuals used for process improvements.
    • All other related tasks.

Requirements

  • Baccalaureat en informatique, en systemes d'information, en ingenierie, en mathematiques, en commerce, en finance ou dans un domaine connexe;
  • Parfaite maitrise de l'anglais et du francais, tant a l'oral qu'a l'ecrit.
    *Le bilinguisme est requis pour ce poste afin de mener des activites a l'exterieur de la province de Quebec;
  • Competences superieures en matiere de communication et de presentation, tant a l'oral qu'a l'ecrit;
  • Souci du detail et de la qualite;
  • Capacite a travailler de facon autonome dans un environnement dynamique avec des delais serres;
  • Capacite a gerer plusieurs mandats simultanement sous la supervision d'un gestionnaire de projet;
  • Capacite a voyager aux Etats-Unis et au Canada jusqu'a 50 % du temps.

  • Experience de l'utilisation et de l'administration d'applications SaaS d'entreprise ;
  • Experience avec NetSuite;
  • Experience avec d'autres produits SaaS (Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, etc.) ou des logiciels orientes logistique (WMS, TMS, MES);
  • Connaissance des strategies de gestion des stocks;
  • Experience du developpement base sur le web.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Math or related field;
  • Perfectly written and spoken English and French. *Bilingualism is required for this role in order to conduct business outside of the province of Quebec;
  • Superior verbal and written communication and presentation skills;
  • Attention to detail and quality;
  • Comfortable working independently in a dynamic environment with pressing deadlines;
  • Ability to handle multiple mandates simultaneously under the supervision of a project manager;
  • Ability to travel within the U.S.A. and Canada up to 50% of the time.

Nice-To-Haves:

  • Experience using and administrating enterprise SaaS applications;
  • Experience with NetSuite;
  • Experience with other SaaS products (Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, etc.) or logistics-oriented software (WMS, TMS, MES);
