Job description

Title: Warehouse Management System (WMS) Consultant / Analyst

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Employment Type: Full-Time or Contract

Overview

Our client is seeking a Warehouse Management System (WMS) professional with hands-on experience supporting, implementing, and optimizing Infios Warehouse Edge (formerly Körber/HighJump Warehouse Edge). This individual will play a key role in supporting an active implementation effort and helping bridge operational, technical, and process gaps across warehouse operations and technology teams.

We are looking for someone who can step into a fast-moving environment, provide product expertise, troubleshoot implementation challenges, and help guide best practices for WMS configuration and operational workflows.


Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, optimization, and ongoing administration of Infios Warehouse Edge

• Partner with warehouse operations, IT, and leadership teams to identify process improvements and system enhancements

• Assist with configuration, workflow setup, testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution within the WMS platform

• Translate operational requirements into scalable WMS solutions

• Participate in implementation planning, cutover support, and post-go-live stabilization activities

• Support integrations between WMS and related systems such as ERP, shipping/logistics, inventory, or reporting platforms

• Help document business processes, system workflows, and operational procedures

• Provide recommendations around best practices, warehouse optimization, and system utilization

• Collaborate with third-party vendors, implementation partners, and internal stakeholders as needed


Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Infios Warehouse Edge / Körber / HighJump Warehouse Edge

• Experience participating in or leading WMS implementations, upgrades, or optimization projects

• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, fulfillment, receiving, shipping, and logistics workflows

• Ability to troubleshoot system/process issues and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into system solutions

• Comfortable working independently in a collaborative, evolving environment


Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within high-volume warehouse, distribution, food bank, logistics, retail, or supply chain environments

• Familiarity with SQL, reporting tools, integrations, APIs, or related warehouse technologies

• Experience supporting end-user training and change management efforts

• Previous consulting or client-facing implementation experience
