IT Systems Analyst, Corporate Systems (WMS) – Store Support Center

We are searching for an experienced IT Systems Analyst, Corporate Systems (WMS) for our Store Support Center located at 600 Citadel Drive, Commerce, CA, 90040.

SUMMARY

The IT Systems Analyst of Corporate Systems will work in the implementation and support of Corporate/Back‑Office systems. This role will work closely with IT & Operations teams supporting Warehouse Management Systems to solicit technical requirements for systems. You will be responsible for any modifications, implementations and ongoing support of our new/existing Warehouse Application systems.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide technical support in areas such as:
    • Experience with one or more WMS Systems, preferably GOLD Stock (Symphony)
    • SQL skills with Oracle 19x and above.
    • AIX/Linux Shell scripting.
    • Other homegrown legacy systems in the supply chain area.
    • Support integrations with reporting, logistics, LMS/WLM, voice‑collect devices, RF devices, master data, YMS and other external WHS systems.
    • Experience managing multiple WMS systems.
    • Experience in release/change management processes and patch installations.
    • Experience with version control tools.
    • Exposure to job scheduling tools such as Control‑M, Redwood (RMJ), etc.
    • Experience in optimization techniques to manage high‑volume WHS systems.
  • Manage ticket queues related to assigned systems and participate in the CAB meetings.
  • Be available to support any critical/high‑priority production issues any time or day of the week (24/7).
  • Work with external consultants on new initiatives and turnkey projects.
  • Have exposure to new AI tools.
  • Coordinate and work with Application Managed Services (AMS) resources.
  • Work closely with the Cybersecurity and Compliance team on audit and ongoing compliance activities.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • BS degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering (or related field).
  • 5+ years of experience in the retail or CPG industry.
  • 10+ years of experience in an enterprise technology environment with WMS systems.
  • At least one full‑cycle implementation in a large transformation or migration project.
  • Experience with a retail ERP system is desired.
  • Knowledge of interfaces to forecasting, ordering, warehouse and other retail systems.
  • High‑level technical knowledge and programming skills.
  • Previous experience in an onshore/offshore Application Managed Services model or SaaS/IaaS environment.
  • High level of personal integrity, with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters professionally.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering cross‑functional projects in a dynamic, fast‑paced, matrixed environment.
  • Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and end‑to‑end IT business processes across functional areas.

COMPENSATION

The salary range for this position is $120,000.00 to $130,000.00. The actual starting pay will be determined by a number of qualifications, including experience and relevant skills.
