Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced WMS Systems Analyst responsible for supporting the implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of Emmi Roth's Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). This role ensures that the WMS platform aligns with business goals, supports cross-functional processes, and enhances organizational efficiency across multiple manufacturing and warehousing facilities. The Analyst will lead WMS-related initiatives, recommend process and system improvements, and provide hands-on support for configuration, integrations, testing, user adoption, and issue resolution. This position serves as the primary point of contact for business users, ensuring the WMS solution meets operational requirements while supporting efficiency and continuous improvement. The role may include occasional same-day visits to other Wisconsin facilities to support WMS activities.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Serve as the WMS subject-matter expert for system processes, data flows, configuration, troubleshooting, and user support.
Collaborate daily with IT, Warehouse Operations, and other cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, translate operational needs into system and process improvements, and support effective WMS adoption.
Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including SOPs and detailed process flows.
Analyze WMS process, system, and integration issues by identifying root cause, tracing transaction flow between systems, coordinating resolution with internal IT, business users, vendors, or external support partners, and documenting dependencies and recurring issues.
Support WMS implementation, customization, and integration activities across multiple sites.
Coordinate project workstreams by tracking milestones, risks, budget impacts, and escalation needs.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 2+ years implementing, configuring, or supporting WMS solutions, including system setup, testing, troubleshooting, and process optimization.
Experience: 2+ years of hands-on operational use of a WMS in a warehouse or distribution environment, including floor-level receiving, putaway, inventory, picking, packing, shipping, lot tracking, expiration date control, and end-to-end transaction flows; food or pharma experience preferred.
Working knowledge of cross-system data relationships and experience troubleshooting operational issues involving WMS transactions, integrations, master data, and downstream business processes.
Experience supporting RF devices, barcode scanning, mobile warehouse transactions, or related warehouse automation tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and project workstreams, meeting deadlines and communicating risks or delays.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into effective solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in analysis and implementation.
Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proactive and results-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Experience learning complex warehouse systems and business processes quickly in an active warehouse environment.
Experience with EDI, APIs, or ERP/WMS integrations.
Experience with FEFO/FIFO, product holds, recalls, or regulated traceability processes.
