Duties include:
Assign daily tasks, manage daily productivity and quality requirements, maintain inventory control, andadhere to and enforce safety standards.
Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and regulations, while emphasizing a culture of safety.
Responsible for maintaining good order and a friendly work environment.
Coach, develop, and manage the performance of associates.
Ensure all associates are properly trained in job duties, equipment, safety, and applicable systems.
Create an atmosphere in which open communication is encouraged.
Provide positive motivation to associates so they may be able to achieve departmentgoals.
Maintain and confirm employee time records.
Ensure Inbound/Outbound order accuracy and quality.
Requirements

Supply chain, warehouse, and transportation experience required. Preferably 3-5 years ofperformingrequired functions.
Managing groups of 10+ people.
Experience with SAP and/or WMI inventory management system, inventory control, warehouse layout andslotting practices a plus
College degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
Must have the ability to work weekends when needed.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and be able to multitask.
Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel (A Must)
Accustomed to working in warehouse environment.
Must have excellent organizational and communicative skills.
Shift Schedule - Sunday - Wednesday - 10 hour shifts
Wednesday - Saturday - 10 hour shifts
