Job description

Job Description

We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented to bring their in-depth expertise across search, social and programmatic to our fun and crazy talented marketing team!

There’s VIP and then there’s VIPMM. Here at BubbleUp, you can be both (and who wouldn’t love a dual-title these days). But we really mean it…this role is as important as the lunch decisions we make on Fridays. Our marketing team is hot – so we’re on the lookout for a Paid Media Manager who can keep things sizzling for our clients.

Our VIPMM will basically be a mastermind who plans, manages and optimizes impressive digital marketing strategies that accelerate growth for our customers. A wizard, of sorts – with magical powers in everything…like strong analytical skills, critical thinking ability, and proven performance in leveraging data to make intelligent, actionable business decisions – just to name a few. You will oversee comprehensive paid media initiatives – from SEO/SEM, social campaigns, display and more. Basically, our Paid Media Manager is the sorcerer of all things.

Before digging into more of the details, make sure you are target-oriented, resourceful, and have a tenacious approach to digital marketing and paid media. If that fits you, keep going…because we want you on our team. And if the mere thought of key marketing performance indicators excites you, then we already like you (a lot). Let’s talk!

What we are looking for:

  • This role is unique, and the right person will have 5+ years of proven experience in media buying and planning.

  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Looker Studio with knowledge of SQL, R, & Python.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple clients effectively.

  • Manage more than 10MM+ in media spend per year

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, English, Business Analytics, or related field.

Responsibilities will include digital campaign strategy and setup, as well as:

  • Lead Digital Media Ad Buying strategy, from keyword identification to campaign optimization, leveraging tools like Google Ads, SEMRush and other advanced analytics.

  • Develop and execute paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms, continuously optimizing targeting strategies and budgets.

  • Manage display campaigns, with a focus on remarketing and in-market targeting via platforms like Google Display Network.

  • Oversee Product Feed advertising and implement conversion tracking to measure ROI effectively.

  • Provide weekly reporting on campaign performance, analyzing key metrics and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Good campaigns are important, but customer relationships are just as critical. So is leveraging all those cool acronyms we like to use into tangible, successful results. You’ll also need to be seasoned in a few things for this position. Specifically, you will need working knowledge and be able to use, daily, the following tools:

  • Facebook Ad Manager

  • LinkedIn Ad Manager

  • GTM and Google Analytics - conversion tracking, goals, URL tracking
