Position Mission

FOCUS Mission is to know Christ Jesus and fulfill His Great Commission. The FOCUS Marketing team supports the mission of FOCUS by communicating with staff and vendors.

The Marketing Program Director serves as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders. They support the marketing team by ensuring invoices, receipts, and expense reports are submitted accurately and on time. They act as an internal advocate for vendors, helping to maintain strong working relationships. Additionally, they partner with the Director of Operations to plan team offsites, retreats, team-building activities, and celebrations.

Position Summary

The Marketing Program Director supports the Marketing team through cross-department collaboration, vendor and invoice management, team culture initiatives, and operational excellence. This role serves as a key partner to the Director of Marketing Operations by helping ensure smooth communication, timely financial processing, organized team operations, and strong vendor relationships. The ideal candidate is highly organized, relational, proactive, detail-oriented, and aligned with the organization's mission and values.

Position Responsibilities

Department Relationships & Operational Support

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with internal stakeholder departments, maintaining effective department partnerships across the organization.
  • Coordinate and manage invoice, receipt, and expense submissions to ensure timely processing and payment.
  • Assist the Director of Marketing Operations with monthly reconciliation processes and reporting.
  • Serve as the Marketing Leadership Level 10 (L10) meeting scribe, maintaining confidentiality, trust, and discretion with sensitive information.
  • Support day-to-day operational and administrative needs of the Marketing department.ย 

Vendor Management

  • Facilitate and maintain strong relationships with vendors and external partners.
  • Oversee vendor communication and onboarding processes for all new vendors.
  • Coordinate contract management needs between the organization and vendors as directed.
  • Ensure all vendor invoices are submitted accurately and paid on time.
  • Track vendor-related documentation and maintain organized records.ย 

Team Culture & Office Coordination

  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing Operations to plan and organize team activities that include team building activities.
  • Manage and maintain the Marketing Team workspace to ensure a welcoming and organized environment.
  • Oversee office supplies, snacks, and beverages for the Marketing team.
  • Help foster a positive, collaborative, and mission-centered team culture.ย 

Cultivate Divine Intimacy

  • Participate in community prayer opportunities, including scheduled department prayer time (Holy Half Hour minimum) and the Divine Mercy Chaplet at 3:00 p.m.
  • Avail yourself of additional spiritual formation opportunities in accordance with organizational policies and Guidelines for Divine Intimacy.
  • Be a consistent witness for Jesus Christ and maintain a courteous, Christ-like attitude in all interactions.
  • Live out the moral life in Christ in alignment with the organization's mission, values, and relevant policies.ย 

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.
  • Experience with invoice processing, expense management, or operational coordination preferred.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and/or project management tools preferred.
  • Commitment to the organization's Catholic mission and values.ย 

Compensationย & Benefits

For this role, we anticipate paying $60,000 - $65,000/year. ย This range is an estimate. The actual amount may be higher or lower than the provided range and will be adjusted based on various factors including qualifications, experience, abilities, geographic location, and duties.
