Job Details Job Duties
  • Manage civil litigation matters from inception through resolution
  • Conduct written discovery and prepare disclosures
  • Take and defend depositions
  • Draft and argue substantive motions
  • Appear in state and federal courts
  • Assist with trial strategy, witness preparation, and trial execution
  • Communicate directly with clients regarding case strategy and developments
  • Collaborate with attorneys on complex defense matters involving public entities and civil rights claims
Job Requirements
  • JD from an accredited law school and active Arizona Bar license in good standing
  • 3‑10+ years of litigation experience, preferably in defense litigation or insurance defense
  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Experience handling depositions, motion practice, and court appearances
  • Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast‑paced environment
  • Self‑starter mentality with strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Prior experience with Clio is strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated academic achievement and commitment to litigation excellence

Candidates should be prepared to submit transcripts and writing samples for consideration.
