Job description

Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth!  Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a  Regional Compliance Director in Queen Creek, AZ  

Required qualifications: Law degree.

 Pay: starting at $90,000 a year based on level of education and experience.  

Looking for a licensed attorney. AZ Licensure preferred but not required.

What you will do: The Regional Compliance Director will be responsible for conducting audits, monitoring, and risk assessments across all facilities within the Southwest District to ensure adherence to licensing requirements, state regulations, and critical compliance standards, including PREA (Prison Rape Elimination Act) and CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) accreditation requirements. This role will require close collaboration with both internal teams and external agencies to mitigate compliance vulnerabilities, provide technical assistance, and develop and implement corrective action plans as needed to maintain compliance with all relevant standards. This position is a key role on the Management team, ensuring success across all sites.   

To be considered you should: Law degree. Have extensive knowledge of CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) and PREA (Prison Rape Elimination Act) regulations. Have prior experience working with juvenile placement agencies.  Be at least 21 years of age ~ Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test ~ Be able to pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry  

Schedule:  Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
