Join the Cybersecurity Sales team at TELUS Business and help organizations strengthen their security posture while building a rewarding career in one of the fastest-growing areas of our business. You'll be part of a highly collaborative team operating in a fast-paced, short sales cycle environment where you partner closely with customers, marketing specialsits, technical coordinators, and penetration testing experts to deliver critical security solutions. In this role, you'll drive new business through digital leads, build lasting customer relationships, and establish a strong pipeline of recurring penetration testing engagements that protect businesses from evolving cyber threats.

What you'll do

  • Respond promptly to digital leads in TELUS's proprietary platform and qualify opportunities to determine fit for our penetration testing services

  • Partner with customers to understand their security testing needs, scope requirements, and develop customized quotes within our proprietary platform that address customer business objectives

  • Drive new business by following up strategically with qualified leads and closing sales efficiently in our fast-paced, short sales cycle environment supported by our streamlined platform

  • Proactively engage with existing customers to identify renewal opportunities and generate proposals for their annual penetration testing requirements to build recurring revenue

  • Support customer inquiries and coordinate with our technical coordinators and penetration testing team to ensure seamless service delivery

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships that position TELUS Business as a trusted security partner

  • Contribute to team goals by consistently meeting sales targets and expanding our customer base in the cybersecurity market


What you bring
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience OR a strong penetration testing/cybersecurity background with a demonstrated willingness to learn sales

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex security concepts in a clear, customer-focused manner

  • Proven ability to manage multiple leads, quotes, and proposals simultaneously in a fast-paced environment without losing attention to detail

  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize effectively and meet sales targets consistently

  • Self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and take ownership of your sales pipeline

  • Consultative mindset with a focus on understanding customer needs and building long-term relationships

  • Comfort with learning new tools and platforms, including CRM and sales enablement systems

  • Fluency in French (written and verbal) Advanced knowledge of French is required because you will most of the time interact in French with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.); interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.); and work with IT tools whose interface is only accessible in French as part of this position's main responsibilities given its national scope.

Great-to-haves

  • Cybersecurity certifications such as CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker), OSCP (Offensive Security Certified Professional), or similar penetration testing credentials

  • Experience selling security services or solutions to mid-market customers
