We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Kennel Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with animals, takes pride in cleanliness and organization, and wants to be part of a structured veterinary hospital.
Position Summary
The Kennel Technician is responsible for daily animal care, hospital cleanliness, and supporting the medical team. This is a non-medical role focused on maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for our patients.
Key Responsibilities
Animal Care
  • Feed and provide fresh water to all animals
  • Walk dogs regularly throughout the day
  • Monitor appetite, urination, defecation, and behavior
  • Report any abnormalities to medical staff immediately
  • Provide comfort and attention to animals
  • Bathe pets as directed

Facility Maintenance
  • Clean kennels, cages, runs, and hospital areas
  • Dispose of waste and maintain cleanliness throughout the hospital
  • Restock treatment and exam areas
  • Maintain indoor and outdoor facility cleanliness

Support
  • Transport patients within the hospital
  • Assist with safe animal restraint when needed
