We are seeking compassionate Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants who are passionate about improving the health and quality of life of older adults in a collaborative, team-based environment.

Position Highlights:
  • Full-time opportunities with flexible scheduling
  • Six-hour facility shifts for full-time providers (rounds typically begin between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.)
  • No call or overnight responsibilities
  • Conduct daily rounds, manage acute and chronic conditions, and prescribe medications and treatment plans
  • Document efficiently using a streamlined EHR with AI Scribe, voice dictation, and a company-provided iPad with LTE
