Wire Room Associate 
Automation Personnel Services is seeking a motivated and dependable Wire Room Associate to join our warehouse team. This role is responsible for measuring, cutting, preparing, and staging wire orders accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working with numbers, and able to work safely in a warehouse environment.

Schedule and Hours
Monday – Saturday
10:00AM to 8:00PM (sometimes more OT available)
 
Wire Room Associate Duties and Responsibilities
  • Measure, cut, and prepare wire orders according to customer specifications 
  • Read and interpret order tickets accurately 
  • Operate wire-cutting equipment and other warehouse tools 
  • Accurately use a tape measure for order fulfillment 
  • Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory 
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment 
  • Verify quantities and measurements before shipment 
  • Work closely with warehouse and shipping teams to meet customer deadlines 
  • Follow all company safety procedures
 
Wire Room Associate Qualifications and Requirements
  • Strong math skills and attention to detail 
  • Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure 
  • Experience using power tools is preferred 
  • Warehouse experience is a plus 
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet throughout the shift 
  • Reliable attendance and positive attitude 
  • Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions 
  • Forklift experience is a plus but not required 
  • Willingness to be trained and grow within the company
  • Background check and screening (required)
