Job description

POSITION OVERVIEW
This role is responsible for driving overall sales performance and operational excellence across the market by partnering closely with Sales Directors and District Managers. The position focuses on identifying growth opportunities, addressing performance gaps, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Partner with Sales Directors to identify focus areas, address underperformance, and drive growth across daily and weekly sales outcomes.
  • Monitor and optimize sales metrics, including activations, upgrades, accessories, device protection, plan mix, AutoPay, multi-line take rate, labor usage, and MyCricket app adoption.
  • Lead District Manager development, facilitate daily strategy calls, and maintain alignment through consistent documentation and strategic follow-ups.
  • Analyze sales trends to uncover insights, prepare and distribute daily reports, and deliver actionable recommendations to leadership.
  • Support frontline talent development by collaborating with Training and Field Leadership to elevate store performance and remove revenue blockers.
  • Manage local marketing execution, including social media validation and event tracking through the Events Management Portal (2 monthly for salaried managers, 1 for hourly/senior managers).
  • Contribute to weekly executive calls with full prep: performance tracking, employee trends, compliance, and detailed recap documentation.
  • Resolve operational escalations quickly and coordinate cross-departmentally to ensure seamless execution of company initiatives.
  • As part of this role, employees may occasionally be required to participate in outside sales events, community engagements, or promotional activities on behalf of Cricket Wireless. These events are an extension of regular job responsibilities and are designed to support customer acquisition, brand awareness, and business growth.
  • Employees will be provided with reasonable notice of scheduled events, and participation is considered a condition of employment. Duties at such events may include, but are not limited to: engaging with customers, representing Cricket Wireless products and services, distributing marketing materials, and assisting with event setup or breakdown.

  • 3+ years in Wireless Retail and/or Multi-Unit leadership roles
