What You'll Do:

  • Act as a representative for a major regional telecom provider, driving outbound acquisition sales.
  • Promote and sell cutting-edge fiberoptic internet services to consumers across a diverse 20-state territory.
  • Proactively reach out to potential customers to identify their needs and present superior solutions.
  • Conduct detailed comparisons of customers' current internet speed and technology with our advanced offerings and attractive promotions.
  • Skillfully address customer objections, using persuasive techniques to illustrate the benefits and value of switching to our services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to provide the most up-to-date information and recommendations.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective prospecting, needs analysis, and closing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and continuously improve sales techniques.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
