Full-Time Verizon Retail Sales - Immediate Hire + Paid Training
Position Overview
We are seeking driven, energetic, and customer-focused sales professionals to join our growing Verizon Wireless retail sales program located inside some of America's largest retail stores. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy building relationships, engaging with customers, and earning uncapped commission in a fast-paced retail environment.
Unlike traditional wireless retail positions, this role focuses exclusively on Verizon products and services. Representatives will use a direct fulfillment model, allowing customers to order devices directly rather than purchasing from in-store inventory.
If you are motivated, competitive, and passionate about customer service and sales, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in wireless retail sales.
What You'll Do
  • Engage customers inside retail locations and identify wireless needs
  • Promote and sell Verizon phones, plans, and wireless services
  • Educate customers on Verizon products, promotions, pricing, and service options

  • Utilize direct fulfillment systems to order devices for customers

  • Sell products and services in a retail store or kiosk environment
  • Maintain professional interaction with both customers and fellow employees
  • Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis
  • Courteously welcome customers and offer assistance
  • Help customers make selections by building customer confidence

  • Responsible for accurately tracking and communicating all activity to Retail Operations

Qualifications:

  • Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience
  • Wireless, retail, or commissioned sales background

  • Comfortable approaching and engaging customers
  • Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
  • Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
