Synergy Wireless Solutions is currently accepting applications from qualified candidates to join our national network deployment team in support of nationwide 5G implementation projects
The Wireless Construction Manager will be responsible for market level projects and overall crew management. Responsibilities will be focused around all phases of cell site construction/upgrades, from initial bid walks, scope meetings, to close out package and site acceptance. Candidates must have previous experience of NSB and site upgrades on T-Mobile, Sprint, Verizon, and/or AT&T utilizing Nokia and/or Ericsson equipment.
  • Conduct site bid walks to clarify scope details and define project budget.
  • Communicate with customer on bid walk details and agree on final scope.
  • Support project team with BOM creation and material management.
  • Support project team with schedule planning and daily reporting.
  • Perform site inspections to ensure crews are performing duties in a safe manner and in accordance with company, customer and OSHA standards.
  • Support quality team with site inspections to ensure company and customer standards are being adhered to.
  • Follow customer guidelines, collect all required pictures and documents to deliver the final COP. Review and approve COP documents per customer requirements.
  • Attend internal and customer project meetings.
  • Assist team members through shared knowledge, training and mentor-ship associated with similar project responsibilities.
  • Provide guidance, best practices and lessons learned to the team.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Min 3 year's experience in wireless construction management.
  • Track record of successful wireless construction projects across multiple carriers and OEMs.
  • High degree of understanding commercial construction principles, terms and definitions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task, meet deadlines and achieve goals set by the project team.
  • Interest in learning new skills and attend training on the latest equipment.
  • Ability and willingness to travel within designated market.
