What You Will Be doing:
- Tailoring Solutions: Enhance the retail experience in our stores, providing best in class service by connecting with customers and matching their needs to our wireless, internet, TV, home phone, and Mastercard products
- Sales Delivery: Finding opportunities, anticipating customer needs, and delivering on sales targets.
- Customer Engagement: Engage customers through inbound and outbound outreach programs (calls & text) to grow sales by acquiring new customers, and driving overall customer retention
- Brand Promotion: Representing Rogers and Fido brands in-store and at local community events.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience developing strong connections with customers and team members through clear, effective communication that drive positive outcomes and support team and business goals.
- Ability to deliver against sales targets through exceptional customer service, strong product knowledge, customer focused upselling, consistently contributing to overall store performance
- You can quickly adjust to changing situations and find solutions to unexpected challenges in a dynamic environment.
- You can provide minimum 32 hours availability weekly, including evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays to meet customer demand and maintain strong performance results during peak times.
