What You'll Do
As a Manufacturing Machine Operator, you'll help produce high-quality copper wire products while supporting safe and efficient manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities
  • Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently while meeting production goals.
  • Set up, monitor, adjust, and troubleshoot production machinery.
  • Inspect products to ensure compliance with quality standards and production specifications.
  • Record production and quality data using computerized systems.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to support efficient production.
  • Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, productivity, and operational efficiency.
  • Safely handle raw materials and finished products.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work throughout the scheduled shift
  • Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
  • Ability to work assigned shifts and overtime as needed

Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Machine Operator, Production Operator, Manufacturing Associate, Equipment Operator, or similar manufacturing role
  • Experience operating industrial manufacturing equipment
  • Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Available Shifts
Currently hiring for:
Second Shift: 3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.
Third Shift: 11:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.
Compensation
  • $29.50 - $31.50 per hour
  • Overtime paid at 1.5 times the regular rate after 40 hours worked
  • Annual performance-based wage increases
