An international bank is seeking the bilingual Japanese Customer Service Associate, who is responsible for providing a telephone service customer service to the bank's client.
Responsibility includes;
  • Handle banking inquiries,
  • Provide online banking support.
  • Performs wire transfer processing.
  • Solve client inquiries.
  • Utilize Bank documents and agreements to make decisions and analyze risk.
  • Administrative tasks.

Requirements
Working Hour: 6:00am-2:30pm(PST) or 2:30-11:00pm(PST)
Work from home option

Flexibility and willingness to work any schedule
