Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Currency Exchange Teller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling cash transactions, currency exchanges, money transfers, bill payments, check cashing services, and providing excellent customer service while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process currency exchange transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle cash, checks, money orders, wire transfers, and bill payment transactions.
  • Verify customer identity and transaction documentation.
  • Balance cash drawer and reconcile transactions at the end of each shift.
  • Maintain accurate transaction records and reports.
  • Explain exchange rates, fees, and services to customers.
  • Identify counterfeit currency and report suspicious activity.
  • Ensure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations.
  • Deliver professional and courteous customer service.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment.

Requirements
