We are looking for a Wire Rope Sling Fabricator in Las Vegas to join the Rigging team.

Position Summary:

We are looking for a Wire Rope Sling Fabricator to lead workflow, fabrication, testing, and quality control for our companys product line. This role includes acting as a working Team Lead, ensuring safety compliance, on-time delivery, and a strong customer-first mentality. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, high integrity, and a proactive attitude toward continuous improvement.

Duties & Responsibilities

Manufacturing/Production of wire rope & chain slings

Utilizing hydraulic machinery (presses, reeling machine, pull test machine)

Forklift Operation

Satisfactorily preparing materials for shipment (prepping freight shipments)

Loading/offloading trucks

Keeping an organized/safe work area

Restocking materials in the warehouse

Assisting with annual Inventory

Ability to lift 50 lbs

Ability to be on feet for extend periods of time

Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Education & Qualifications

High school or equivalent

Driver's license, preferred

Experience:

3-5 years experience in Wire Rope Sling Fabrication, preferred.

Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position.

Ability to be certified to operate a forklift.

Attention to detail with the ability to direct work and meet customer deadlines.

Communication Skills:

Basic reading, writing, arithmetic and communication skills required.
