The program serves adults, dislocated workers, and youth by providing various resources such as career counseling, job training, resume assistance, and funding for education. WIOA aims to strengthen the workforce, increase employment opportunities, and ensure that businesses have access to skilled workers. Eligible participants can receive individualized support tailored to their career goals and local job market needs.
