Are you passionate about safety, security, and ensuring a top-notch experience for both guests and staff? As a Loss Prevention Associate at WinStar World Hotel, you'll play a pivotal role in protecting the property and its valuable assets, while also creating a safe and welcoming environment for everyone. We're looking for a dedicated, proactive individual to join our dynamic team and help maintain the highest standards of security at one of the world's largest hotels!

What You'll Do:

  • Guardians of Safety: Play a key role in safeguarding the hotel's assets, guests, and employees, ensuring the safety and security of our world-class property.
  • Be a Watchful Eye: Conduct regular patrols, monitoring both the inside and outside of the hotel to identify and report any potential risks or security concerns.
  • Control & Coordinate: Handle essential responsibilities such as key control, lost and found, and radio communication to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Champion the Culture: Uphold and promote the WinStar World Hotel Culture, ensuring all safety and security practices align with our core values.
  • Team Player: Work alongside all hotel departments to enhance guest and employee satisfaction, supporting each other to maintain a safe and pleasant environment.
  • Be the Face of Safety: Enforce hotel policies and procedures, ensuring they're consistently followed to maintain a secure atmosphere.
  • Support & Collaborate: Participate actively in the hotel's Safety Committee and assist with training initiatives as needed.
