About Us:
Winners Gymnastics has a long-standing tradition of excellence in the competitive gymnastics community.
Position Overview:
We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic coaches to join our Compulsory Program. Ideal candidates will have prior experience as a competitive gymnast and/or coaching background within the USAG Development Program.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coach athletes in the Xcel program following USAG Development Program guidelines.
  • Assist in developing skills, routines, and conditioning programs appropriate to each level.
  • Foster a safe, disciplined, and positive training environment.
  • Support athletes' progression with consistency, technique, and encouragement.
  • Attend competitions, team meetings, and professional development sessions as needed.
  • Collaborate with team coaches and management to uphold Winners’ standards of excellence.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of USAG Development Program (required).
  • Previous gymnastics coaching experience (preferred).
  • Former competitive gymnast (preferred).
  • Strong communication skills and team-first mindset.
  • Ability to motivate athletes and contribute to a positive culture.
