What are some of the key challenges wine techs face during the harvest season, and how can they prepare for them?

During the harvest season, Wine Techs often face long hours and a fast-paced environment as grapes arrive for processing. Challenges include managing multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring accurate data recording, and maintaining equipment under heavy use. To prepare, it's helpful to develop strong organizational skills, become familiar with winery protocols, and proactively communicate with winemaking and cellar teams. Being adaptable and attentive to detail will help ensure a smooth and successful harvest.
