Windshield Technologist – Join Our Team!
Waterville, ME | $25/hour | FullTime | Monday–Friday

Are you someone who values precision, safety, and quality workmanship? We’re looking for a Windshield Technologist to join our Waterville team and help keep vehicles safe, secure, and looking their best.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Replacing and repairing windshields, door glass, back glass, and other vehicle glass
  • Performing chip repairs and glass-related adjustments (training available for specialty tasks)
  • Inspecting completed work to ensure it meets safety and quality standards
  • Providing friendly, professional service to customers
  • Keeping tools, vehicles, and work areas clean and organized
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience in auto glass, automotive repair, or a related hands-on trade
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work indoors and outdoors
  • Reliable, positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Valid driver’s license
