  • Sell customers on replacements as needed
  • Develop/manage relationships with vendors and fleet accounts
  • Talk to customers (they're usually pretty cool)
  • Help them understand their options & coverage
  • Keep your workspace clean & tools ready
  • Process insurance claims
  • Help with other duties around the shop

What we're looking for

  • People person with an eye for detail
  • Auto glass experience is a plus — not required
  • Sales or customer service background
  • Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work
  • Valid driver's license
