WE’RE HIRING: Group Home Staff (Multiple Shifts)

Missoula, Montana


Looking for a schedule that gives you more time off? Work three 12-hour shifts each week and enjoy four days off.

About Winds of Change

At Winds of Change, we support adults in a residential setting by providing compassionate care, encouragement, and hands-on daily living assistance. We are looking for dependable, caring individuals who want to build meaningful connections and be part of a supportive team.

Experience is not required. We provide paid training and will help you feel confident in your role from day one.


Current Openings

Full-Time Day Shift (36 Hours)

  • Friday & Saturday Days 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM & Monday Overnight 6:00 PM-6:00 AM

OR

  • Saturday, Sunday, & Mondays
  • 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Full-Time Overnight Shift (36 Hours)

  • Thursday – Saturday
  • 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

OR

  • Sunday – Tuesday
  • 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM


Relief Staff Opportunities / Pick Up Shifts & On-Call

  • Saturday Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Monday Overnight Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM


What You’ll Do

  • Provide support with everyday activities
  • Create a safe and positive home environment
  • Assist with meals, cleaning, medications, and routines
  • Document services and communicate with coworkers
  • Encourage residents to build independence and confidence

Compensation:

$18 - $19 hourly


Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning common areas
  • Assist with medication distribution
  • Adapt skills for home, work, education, vocation, leisure, and social activities
  • Provide immediate crisis intervention; attend to the 24-hour crisis line
  • Oversee the preparation of 3 nutritious meals per day
  • Ability to maintain regular attendance
  • Complete required documentation promptly

Qualifications:
  • Education: Must have a High school diploma or GED
  • Experience: No Experience necessary
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
