Job Description

The role of Windows Systems Administrator at SingularisIT will allow you to use your skills to support our clients, plus design, plan, and implement Windows platform based solutions to meet our clientsโ€™ requirements. Experience with web, database, and Windows management technologies is required to help maintain and grow our current client environments.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of infrastructure support experience as a junior system administrator
  • Experience with Remote Management systems, and remote support
  • Solid troubleshooting skills when working directly with a client or on team projects
  • Ability to determine pertinent information and troubleshoot in new environments
  • Experience administering Microsoft Windows server and desktop products
  • Experience managing and implementing Active Directory
  • Experience implementing and managing Remote/Virtual Desktop Environments (RDS/VDI)
  • Experience with Office365 administration and migrations
  • Practical understanding of the infrastructure and technologies at enterprise levels
  • Knowledge of network architectures, protocols, and services
  • Experience with enterprise backup concepts and techniques
  • Experience with common virtualization products, enterprise storage, and networking concepts
  • Knowledge and understanding of system monitoring
  • Awareness of compliance frameworks such as PCI and HIPAA
  • Excellent documentation and interpersonal communication skills
  • Knowledge of current Microsoft licensing plans
  • Experience with PowerShell, Python, or other scripting languages a plus
