Job description

We are looking for a Service Desk Specialist to support secure, reliable day-to-day IT operations for end users in North Miami Beach, Florida. This position focuses on maintaining workstation, server, and access management environments while resolving technical issues efficiently and professionally. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on experience with Microsoft platforms, directory services, and end-user support tools, along with a proactive approach to system security and service quality.
Responsibilities:
• Provide frontline and escalated technical support for desktop, server, and access-related issues across the organization.
• Administer user accounts, permissions, and group policies within Active Directory to maintain secure and appropriate access.
• Support and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows Server and Windows 10 environments to ensure stable system performance.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain Dell hardware and related endpoint technology used by employees.
• Manage and resolve issues involving Citrix-based access, application delivery, and remote user connectivity.
• Monitor service requests and incidents, document resolutions clearly, and follow established support procedures.
• Assist with system maintenance activities, security controls, and operational updates that affect end-user computing environments.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams to identify recurring issues and improve support efficiency and reliability.• Hands-on experience supporting Active Directory administration, including user and access management.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server in a business or enterprise environment.
• Experience troubleshooting and supporting Microsoft Windows 10 endpoints.
