Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Window Kernel Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate is honest, reliable, and has a proven record of accomplishment in computer security.
Responsibilities
  • 3 years of professional software development experience writing
    in: C, C, Python
  • 3 years of demonstrated experience developing and testing kernel
    level software for Windows
  • Three years of Windows kernel level debugging and diagnostics using
    tools such as Windows DDK or Win DBG or equivalent
  • 3 years of demonstrated in-depth experience developing, testing
    and debugging software for Windows OS using Visual Studio IDE and
    Windows SDK
  • Demonstrated in-depth understand of Windows Low Level Systems
    development and API
  • Our company is in Perry Hill, MD but the job will be on site - Chantilly, VA - not a remote opportunity

Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience as a Window Kernel, or similar role is preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of Visual Studio IDE and
    Windows SDK languages are preferred
  • Knowledge of risk management methodologies and security frameworks
  • Familiarity with intrusion detection/prevention systems
  • Familiarity with public key infrastructure (PKI) and cryptographic protocols (e.g. SSL/ TLS)

Compensation: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
